Our whole family goes to this polyclinic.

After the renovation everything is new, clean and fresh. The atmosphere is pleasant. The girls at reception are always friendly and welcoming. I would like to thank Aigerim Akimovna separately — a very competent doctor. She always advises what is best and does not prescribe anything unnecessary.

I went to this clinic, where I was seen by a cardiologist and a CT doctor.
Disliked
The clinic is disgusting, the service is terrible. The cardiologist and the CT doctor are completely useless. During the CT they could not get into my vein about 7 times. And they did nothing. I paid a considerable amount of money, and got a terrible attitude and indifference. I do not recommend.

I came to this clinic, but I was never able to have the examination, and I did not receive any treatment.
Disliked
The clinic is terrible, they do not care at all about the health and condition of patients. Those who are registered with them are treated in the worst possible way. I wasted a lot of time, and that is health, after all. Do not go there, so that you do not regret it later.

The doctors have absolutely no idea how to talk to people. In other polyclinics they at least help somehow, but here — no, either they cannot or they do not want to. Apart from rudeness, you will hear nothing from them. I no longer recommend going here.

I came to the polyclinic I am registered with to book in for pregnancy care. It was 8:40 in the morning, and I stood in the queue for 30 minutes. When I went in, the gynaecologist looked at me with a displeased face; it was clear she was already tired. The first thing she asked was how old I was.
Disliked
I do not understand what difference it makes to her how old I am. This is my second pregnancy, and she started interrogating me, asking irrelevant questions, and drove me to hysterics, even though I am expecting. Her duty was to register me for care, not to interrogate me like a criminal. No competence at all; I wasted so much time and nerves for nothing. I will simply deregister and never set foot here again!

I had an appointment with a gynaecologist, and it was not the first time — I came both a second and a third time, but each time I encountered the same thing. The gynaecologist is constantly late. In the corridor there was a queue of people waiting for an ultrasound, and all of them complained about this gynaecologist. I thought I was the only one who was dissatisfied, but it turned out that I was not.

The service from the gynaecologist and the midwife is simply terrible. They sit and mock, there is no professionalism or competence whatsoever. The gynaecologist is constantly late — the first time I thought, fine, but the second and third time there is no strength left to put up with their behaviour. The whole queue of people for the ultrasound complains about the gynaecologist. It is simply terrible. I ask the management to take measures and pay attention to this. The gynaecologist and the midwife need to be taught humanity and competence. And better still, please replace them — after all, this is not a state clinic.

I called to ask a question, and that was the end of it — it never even got as far as an appointment.
Disliked
The service is disgusting: the operator was rudely insolent to me, even claimed that I was to blame myself, and tried to humiliate me. If they do not want to receive people, why work at all? With such an attitude towards you, no one will go there.

I have been coming to this medical centre since 2017, and have been registered there for two years. At appointments I was seen by ENT and GP doctors and had throat and nasal irrigation procedures.

I really like this polyclinic, the specialists are permanent. The ENT and GP doctors are very thorough and competent specialists. The nurses are good too, bright souls. Over this time I have noticed that the specialists work consistently and staff do not change often, and I really like that.
