I needed to find out the prices for procedures in the physiotherapy rooms, and I called the call centre. In response to my question about prices, without listening, they loudly and insistently dictated the number of the physiotherapy room — call, they said, and find out for yourself if you need to. They also gave me the phone number of the administration and suggested I try calling there.
Disliked
The call centre does not know the prices for procedures in the physiotherapy rooms, does not know which procedures are available, does not know whether there are discounts for regular patients. They are rude there and hang up. It is unclear why such a call centre is needed at all, if they send you to call the physiotherapy room or the administration anyway.
