I booked an appointment a week in advance, came for treatment, but the doctor who was there does not know how to treat and refused to see me. I was rebooked for 17:00 and told they would call back. I did not wait for their call and called back myself, and I was told that they were cleaning and there was no doctor.
Disliked
Terrible staff and irresponsible doctors. I am in shock: why did they book us then? I would not have waited for them and would have taken my child to another clinic. I do not recommend it to anyone, they do poor-quality work: our filling, which was done about 3 months ago, fell out after 2 weeks.

The girls at the dental clinic are very pleasant, polite and friendly. Many thanks!

But there is one BUT! It turns out that silvering hasn't been done for a long time, because it has been proven to be ineffective. I found out about this only after the silver treatment. Now I called to have it removed, but I was told that this is impossible. I'll have to go to another dental clinic.

I called the clinic just now, on 2 August 2021. I asked from what age the paediatric dentist sees patients, and I was told up to 18 years. I asked again how old the child was, and clarified that he is 4 years old. I was told to make an appointment and come.

The woman at reception apparently works for free and doesn't quite understand Russian. She answered my question wearily, and to my repeated question — already forgetting about etiquette. Reception is your "face", but I immediately lost the desire to go to you.

My son had a tooth treated, and after that the filling fell out twice. Now the tooth can only be removed, because it wasn't cleaned properly.
Disliked
The doctors are terrible. The paediatric doctor at this clinic is a shameless woman, she doesn't admit her mistakes. Because of her, my son now has a fear of dentists. I don't advise anyone to go there. Such doctors should not work.
