I came for an appointment to have my braces adjusted.
Disliked
They take money for absolutely nothing. Last time the doctor charged 2,000 tenge for the braces adjustment, and today she said it costs 5,000 tg. I did not argue — I gave it as sadaqah, but I will never set foot there again.

This dentistry seemed shady to me. The doctor Aliya Donenbayeva took the money for the services in advance and then did not return it. The clinic's administration does not react to this in any way and takes no measures. I would not advise going here.

I had to wait 40 minutes, then I was invited for a consultation. The doctor examined me quickly and sent me for an X-ray without explaining anything.

I did not like the attitude towards the patient: they did not even ask what was troubling me and what I needed. They examined me quickly and sent me for an X-ray without any explanations. With such service, you do not even want to go, even with a special offer.

I came for an appointment at the dental practice, I had a booking for 12:00, but the doctor only saw me at 13:00. I had to wait outside in the queue with a swollen tooth, because the treatment had already been paid for.

This is the most terrible dental practice. The instruments are dirty, the rooms are terrible, unsanitary conditions. With a swollen tooth I stood outside in the queue, even though I had a booking for 12:00, and the doctor saw me at 13:00. I had to wait, since I had paid for the treatment. The prices are like in expensive dental practices, do not be tempted by the prices. The staff are terrible.

I booked an appointment for 16.00, I arrived, but I was not let in and was told to wait outside in the rain. I stood there like that for half an hour, and it turned out that there was another patient ahead of me who had not even been started on.
