The treatment room is good. Marzhan is a very polite girl, she keeps an eye on everyone and asks several times whether everything is all right. Thank you, Marzhan!

I came the next day for an intramuscular injection, and in the treatment room where sterile injections are given, the same dirty disposable sheets are lying there as on Friday — they have all sorts of terrible stains, blood, urine, I was squeamish even to lie down.
Disliked
To my question why the sheets are not changed, the girl replied that they will not change them every time, and if the stains are terrible, I should have told the nurse yesterday, and she sits with a dissatisfied face. It is simply terrible, and this is in the treatment room where sterile injections are given.

The service is pleasant. The nurse Zeynab is very polite, thank her. I am terribly afraid of injections, but Zeynab calmed me down and gave the injection right away without pain.

The room is good, the staff are polite, I especially liked the beauty Akmaral. The prices are acceptable.

The downside is that there are not enough beds to accommodate the system. A small treatment room for a large district, expansion is needed.
