My father, he is 85 years old, was admitted to the intensive care unit with severe bilateral pneumonia. He has been there for two weeks now, and during this time the dynamics, though slow, have been positive.

I want to thank all the staff of the department for their care and attitude towards an elderly person. The doctors always answer fully, competently and politely about my father's condition. A special thank you to the head of the department, Murat Zhalgasovich, for his attentive attitude to patients, his kindness and responsiveness. Thank you to the nurses' aides for their hard work. Health, strength and success in their work to all the staff.

I was admitted to the pulmonology department on 13 May with a diagnosis of bilateral pneumonia.

I would like to express my gratitude to the head of the department Baibetova Aliya Tursunbekovna: she carefully studied my medical history and prescribed a course of treatment to improve my condition in a timely manner. On her recommendation I underwent a comprehensive examination, including an ultrasound of the internal organs — this is important during treatment. Thanks to her professionalism, her sincere attitude towards patients and to all the medical staff working under her leadership.

My grandfather was in this hospital for a week, being treated for the after-effects of pneumonia. During that time he suffered an ischaemic stroke and cerebral oedema, and he died. Doctor Alibek Yergaliyev told me for two days that my grandfather did not understand where he was, as if he could not hear, refused food, and, looking at the person, could not recognise a stroke.
Disliked
If you don't want to lose loved ones, don't come here. How could a person calling himself a doctor fail to understand that his patient had a stroke? A big hello to Alibek Yergaliyev — he couldn't identify a stroke for two days. He should be sent back to his previous job, at a building supplies shop. Enough of hiring doctors just for the tick! I believe it will all come back to him like a boomerang.

My mother was admitted there with corona, her condition was normal, and after 5 days she was gone because of a cerebral infarction.
Disliked
The staff there don't care at all about the people who are in the hospital, and the doctors, in essence, deliberately kill people. It's unclear where the pneumonia is and where the brain is, and how that is even connected. Don't give your loved ones to this place... Health and life to everyone...

I would especially like to mention the nurses of LTO-3: Zhazybayeva Shynar Tursynbekovna and Kuandykova Aigul Tulezhanovna — for their attention and responsible attitude to work. I also want to single out the nurse Zhumadilova Aiman Toktasynovna: she is always attentive to patients, positive, says kind words — a true example for others. A huge thank you to my attending physician Kesebayev Tuңғysh Kumisbayevich. This is a young, competent and promising doctor who knows his job perfectly. I recommend that the management pay special attention to him.

My grandmother was admitted to this department on 02.02.2022 with pneumonia that developed against the background of coronavirus. She has dementia, and I was worried that it would be hard for her, because due to the virus she could hardly walk or eat.

I would especially like to thank the head of the department Konysbayeva Bakhyt Nauryzovna — she was constantly in touch and told me everything. Today my grandmother was successfully discharged and further treatment was prescribed.

My grandmother was hospitalised in this hospital on 24.01.22 with pneumonia against the background of coronavirus infection. Before hospitalisation she was getting worse with each passing day.

I want to thank from the bottom of my heart the hospital, all the medical staff and personally the attending physician — the head of the first department Konysbayeva Bakhyt Nauryzovna. The doctor acted promptly and correctly selected the medicines taking into account the allergy to many drugs, and my grandmother soon felt significantly better.
