We started going to Gulbakhram Mitalipovna when the child was 2 years 4 months old, and at that time he knew only 3 words. Now we are 3 years old, and the child already speaks in sentences, for example: "Mama, give me water", "Mama, where is my cap". The vocabulary has become noticeably larger.

I like that thanks to regular sessions, as well as mandatory practice at home, you can quickly see results. The teacher guides, and everything else depends on the parents themselves. We try to complete all the tasks and hope for the best result. A big thank you to Gulbakhram Mitalipovna for her patience and the work she puts into every child.

We booked for 13 June and paid a deposit, but we forgot about the session and did not come. I apologised for missing the visit, and I did not ask either to return the money or to book us again for free — I had been informed of the terms, and I agreed that a refund was not provided.
Disliked
Even so, they wrote to me that I needed to pay again, and immediately said that there were no free slots the next day. This is very unpleasant. It turns out that for the centre the main thing is money, and satisfied clients are already in second place. There is no customer focus at all.

We brought our 6-year-old child to the teacher Gulbakhram Mitalipovna because he could not pronounce the letters R and L, and there was a slight stutter. The sessions lasted 1.5 months. After each session we were given homework, and we still use it on the advice of Gulbakhram Mitalipovna.
Liked
In 1.5 months of sessions, the teacher Gulbakhram Mitalipovna taught the child to breathe correctly while speaking and thereby helped overcome the stutter. The letters R and L finally came out excellently thanks to effective practical exercises. I am very pleased and say a big thank you to her.

I want to thank Gulbakhram for her professionalism, for being able to find an approach to the child, and for her positive attitude to work. Thank you for helping our children become more confident after your sessions. My child now pronounces quite a lot of letters that he did not say just a couple of months ago.

We needed a speech therapist, and this one suited us for our district. I wanted to book an appointment, but it turned out that payment was required first. I paid straight away, and an instruction with requirements came via WhatsApp. Booking by time just does not work: every time she offers 12:00, but we need a later time because the child has lessons. After paying, I wrote every time and tried to book, but the same thing kept repeating. I only managed to book after 2 weeks, and only after I demanded a refund.
