Why list a phone number if you can't book through it? I haven't been able to get through for 3 days! Schoolchildren are forced to undergo a medical commission only at your place, but it's impossible to book!

Unfortunately, I did not remember the doctor's name. Today at 14:00 my 9-month-old baby had an EEG, it lasted 2 hours.

Everything went perfectly. The doctor was very delicate and polite, explained everything and helped create a cosy atmosphere so that the little one wouldn't worry. The ward is great. Many thanks!

I called myself to find out that the results were ready — before that I hadn't been informed. They gave me the wrong disk, mixed everything up and told me to come for it on another day. An hour later they called me back and said that the disk wouldn't be given out at all, because our EEG lasts 1.5 hours, which they hadn't told us in advance — otherwise I wouldn't have come straight away.

I have never seen worse service. Until I called myself, they don't inform you that the results are ready. They mixed up the disk, made me come on another day, and then said they wouldn't give it at all, because they hadn't warned in advance about the 1.5-hour EEG. The staff are incompetent — they can't explain everything straight away. At Neuroline the service is top-level, but this clinic was recommended to me by a neurologist, though I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

My child had an EEG in February 2021. I wasn't allowed into the procedure, only the grandmother went in.
Disliked
The doctor who performs the EEG is very rude and impolite, showing her temper. She performed her duties jerkily, the child cried all the time, woke up frightened, and the EEG was never carried out.

I came for an appointment with a traumatologist with an elbow injury, because of which I can't do sports.
Disliked
The doctor is not at all interested in treating amateur athletes. To my complaints that the elbow injury prevents me from doing sports, he replied: "do you earn your bread by doing sports? Just don't do it and that's it". That's an excellent solution from a sports doctor who didn't even look at my injury. I don't recommend!

I am under observation at the Centre for Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation, it is a competent dispensary, essentially the same as a polyclinic, only for athletes.

I like that here they really help in sporting victories; many athletes I know have been observed here for 10–15 years, constantly undergo medical examinations and treatment and always speak well of the centre.
Disliked
Despite the reviews, there are queues everywhere here, all the registries have a lot to do — opening cards, entering data into the system, directing people to rooms; people think that since it's paid, everything can be done without queues and without problems, but you need to have patience and be tolerant of everything.
