I called the call centre to get some information.
Disliked
The call centre is simply awful! They didn't even say hello or goodbye to me! They answered reluctantly, said I was distracting them from work, that they were keeping one eye on something, typing and answering me at the same time, and then they just hung up! Isn't the job of a call centre supposed to be to inform the client?!!

The appointment at this polyclinic left a terrible impression.
Disliked
The staff behave rudely and lazily, they would rather sit idle than see patients. The X-ray room is completely free, but they still didn't see me, while their own employees are seen without a queue and without an appointment. I think the management should have paid attention to the large number of negative comments long ago — as it turns out, people are writing the truth.

The appointment was with the dental therapist Kөksegen Ilyas Serikuly, I had my teeth treated.

I want to say a huge thank you to this doctor: he is a true professional, he carried out the treatment with high quality and completely without pain. The doctor is very attentive and careful, and I especially liked that he explained in detail how the treatment was going — thanks to this it was comfortable in the dentist's chair. To Ilyas Serikuly — sincere respect, I recommend him.

I had an appointment with Kanysh Kairushuly, had a tooth treated and had plasma lifting of the gums done.

I would like to thank Kanysh Kairushuly for his professionalism, individual approach to each patient and positive attitude — I actually enjoyed having my tooth treated. I also thank Zhazira tate (the nurse): she has a very light hand, the injections and intravenous procedures (blood draws) went without any bruises or pain. I wish your clinic success and prosperity, more grateful patients, and to everyone goodness and health.

I witnessed the conflict that was mentioned in the previous message, and the situation was very unpleasant.
Disliked
The clinic director behaved inappropriately and was 100% in the wrong: he raised his voice at a patient in the queue and in the end told him not to come to his clinic again. I drew my own conclusions and am now looking for another clinic.

We came for an appointment on 8 April, the doctor was Polatova. My daughter's tooth was treated for almost 1.5 hours.
Disliked
That same evening the filling fell out. And what are we supposed to do now? We didn't go back! The doctor doesn't see patients at weekends.
