I came with a child who had acute pain, but the doctor was not in the mood.

It is impossible to book an appointment: there are no tickets for at least a week. In fact, only three people are seen with tickets, but if you pay, these same doctors will see you right away, one floor up. The doctor was not in the mood, although they took an oath, and there are no basic human qualities.
