I am an ordinary patient of this clinic, and that is why I wanted to express my gratitude. During my treatment I saw that the doctors are ready to help, and that tests are taken via an electronic queue.

Compared with other clinics, this polyclinic's work is at a high level. Most of the negative reviews below are far from the truth. The doctors are as compassionate as possible and are always ready to help. Tests are taken via an electronic queue, there is no need to stand in a live queue and "fight". The reception desk is also always ready to help with warmth, they never show resentment or rudeness, they treat you patiently. If you take into account that they are human beings just like you and treat them with respect, no one will be rude.

Right next to the polyclinic I saw a broken aryk cover. And the lift in the polyclinic itself is very slow.

Complete chaos and no organisation whatsoever. Why is a prior appointment even needed if you have to wait in the walk-in queue when you get there? And women with a child keep coming in, and they all have to be let through. All of them.

While my memories are still fresh, I want to thank Tatyana Germanovna for the knowledge she put into my son's head last academic year. She not only helped him make progress in his studies, but also instilled in him a love of mathematics and numbers.
