I was 15 minutes late for the appointment, I warned them about it, I arrived — and they told me that they see patients in order of queue. I agreed. There was one woman before me, they told me to go in after her. Then a girl arrived earlier than her time, and she was seen. After that they wanted to see two more people. Before, when I came, they told me that the patient was late, that they were still doing an ultrasound, and asked me to wait 10–15 minutes, even though I came on time and waited for half an hour. That was the last screening.

Rudneva is a specialist in her field.
Disliked
The service is terrible. They take considerable money, but the attitude is as if they were seeing you in a free clinic. I am especially unhappy with Rudneva's assistant: she is confrontational, she immediately started shouting that one should not be late. I will never set foot in this clinic again.

The appointment went like this: I was 10 minutes late, I admit my fault, but they did not even tell me in advance that the appointment is cancelled if you are late. In the end I just sat and waited for 1.5 hours.

The service is poor, it was very upsetting. Yes, I admit that I was 10 minutes late, but the service should have found a way out of the situation. They did not even warn me that the appointment is cancelled if you are late. I waited and just sat there for 1.5 hours for nothing.

I had an appointment and was absolutely delighted with the visit. The centre has a really cool ultrasound machine, a pleasant atmosphere and it is cosy. Elena Gennadyevna is an incredibly pleasant woman, she commented on everything in detail during the examination and was very friendly. Everything went smoothly, quickly and, most importantly, professionally.

I really liked it. Their machine is very good. Thank you to Yelena Gennadyevna — she is very polite and knows her job. She did the ultrasound very carefully, and I was not in pain. I definitely recommend her. Now I go for ultrasounds only to them. Even though it is a little expensive, it is worth it.
