This is the best rehabilitation centre. Many thanks to Zhansaya — a specialist in her field. The other doctors, too, are immediately clearly specialists. Everything needed for treatment is available. Everyone is very kind, open and polite. I recommend it to everyone.

I went to the rehabilitation centre after a fracture of the ulna. After the operation and removal of the cast, my arm would not bend or straighten at the elbow joint.

I am Viktoriya Shin. After Covid my hip joint was destroyed, and on 17 March 2022 I had surgery. The surgeon advised me to go to this centre for rehabilitation and gave me the number of Akhmet Chovdyrbayev. My trainer was Shyngys. Thanks to Akhmet's method and programme and Shyngys's tactful persistence, I got back on my feet in 10 days and started walking. At the second stage my gait was corrected. But then complications began: my legs, and later my arms, started to swell, and severe pain appeared. Doctors of various specialities could not find the cause. Akhmet suggested trying lymphatic drainage massage. In just eight sessions I lost weight and felt lightness. Zhansaya not only revived the lymph but also released the tension. Four months have passed since the surgery. Now I am returning to my everyday life. Every time, involuntarily recalling the disability experience I went through, I mentally send a huge ball of gratitude to Akhmet and his team. I bow to you with my heart and with my hand.
