My husband was referred to this clinic for a transrectal ultrasound of the prostate, but doctor Kim L.S. performed a regular ultrasound of the prostate. When I asked why, she said there was no difference which ultrasound. After we went to the head of the department, she agreed to redo the ultrasound as it should be done, but in the room she started frightening my husband that it would be painful and unpleasant, and to be convincing she showed what she would insert. Her revenge did not end there: she did not even reprint the results, brought them out and said haughtily that, you see, it is the same thing.

Doctor Kim L.S. performed the wrong ultrasound, not the one that had been prescribed, and to my question she replied that it made no difference which ultrasound. She agreed to redo the ultrasound as it should be done only after we approached the head of the department. In the room she started terrifying my husband, telling him how painful and unpleasant it would be, and to be convincing she showed what she would insert. She did not deign to reprint the results, brought them out and said haughtily that, you see, it is the same thing. I believe that such doctors perform their work in bad faith, and they should give way to competent specialists, rather than disgrace the clinic's image.

We went to this centre at night to have a CT scan. At reception we were met by a polite girl, she explained everything and answered all the questions. The location of the centre is convenient.

Before the trip I studied all the information in 2GIS and on Instagram, where it said that the clinic works around the clock. I came to have an ultrasound, which was needed very urgently. The girl at reception said that at night only a CT scan could be done.
Disliked
No customer focus at all! Nowhere does it say that ultrasounds are not done at night. To my remark the girl replied that this was a question for the marketers. The information about what, where and at what time can be done should be clearly indicated!
