I called the number listed in 2GIS for the branch on Luganskogo Street and booked my child an appointment a week in advance. But it turned out that the appointment had been made at a different branch, which is on the other side of the city, and we would not have been able to get there.
Disliked
I did not like that the clinic's number on Luganskogo Street had not been changed, and that when booking they did not specify which branch the appointment was being made at. Because of this, we ended up not where we had planned.

We came here for the second time. On our previous visit my son had a tooth removed, and everything went perfectly: they calmed him down and coaxed him. Today everything was explained to us and we were reassured as well.

They calm the child down and coax him. Last time the tooth was removed wonderfully — my son came out and said that while he was screaming from fear, he did not notice the tooth being pulled out. I enrolled my children at this clinic and am very glad about it. We came to have a tooth removed.

The clinic is excellent, the specialists are qualified, they know how to work with children. During the tooth extraction there was no pain at all. And it is right that they require a blood test for allergy to anaesthesia.

I came to the appointment with my child.
Disliked
The doctor could not do anything, she started sending us to an allergy centre and to have a panoramic X-ray taken. So we left with the bad tooth still there.
