I would like to thank dentist Aigerim Kanatovna separately — she has inexhaustible patience and an ability to get on with children, it's simply a gift from God! Thanks to her professional approach, the procedure went very easily, the children grew to love her and trusted her completely.

On 3 January 2021 I brought a 3-year-old child for the second tooth treatment procedure.
Disliked
The tooth was mixed up. Apparently, the medical spirit was used for the wrong purpose.

Since childhood I've been terrified of dentists, I have almost no teeth left, but the fear hasn't gone anywhere. I put it off until I had to have another tooth removed, and I ended up with a wonderful surgeon, Alisher (unfortunately, I didn't remember his patronymic).
Liked
Alisher has golden hands, he is attentive and a very handsome young man. In the clinic everyone is polite — both the doctors and the nurses, the atmosphere is excellent.

The appointment took place at a clinic near my home, but I still regretted not going to the central dental clinic.
Disliked
I don't recommend it: although the clinic is near my home, it's better to take a taxi to the central dental clinic — there's no difference anyway, because they send you to pay for tests at certain laboratories. I don't understand what the point of the OSMS for children is then. It's better to go somewhere where everything is in one place.

My child and I had an appointment with dentist Sholpan Bakhytovna. We were politely greeted at reception and everything was explained to us.
Liked
I want to say a big thank you to the doctor! Sholpan Bakhytovna immediately found an approach to the child, did everything quickly, efficiently and professionally. We really liked it. The clinic is clean and beautiful. And most importantly — it's free for children. With gratitude, the Zubkov family.
