I came today, 24 April, and it was closed, although 2GIS states that they work until 18.00.
Disliked

I came for an appointment on recommendation, specifically to Roman Vladimirovich. I wanted to go in, but at the reception there is a woman who was just emptying the bin, and she drove me away from the doorstep, said that they only see patients by appointment, they don't take people just off the street, and made it clear that I should leave and not come back. I waited until Roman Vladimirovich was free, asked if I could have a consultation with him, and he said yes. I went in, and that woman shouted at me again: where are you going, the doctor has gone to the toilet, you want to see him, as if I know there's a toilet there. She apparently doesn't know how to answer politely.

The doctor is simply a super specialist.

A terribly ill-mannered and rude woman at reception. She kicked me out right from the doorstep, shouted at me, made it clear that I should leave and never come back, and then barked at me again when I went in to see the doctor. If I had ended up there without a recommendation, I would hardly have stayed after such a reception.
