I came to a great clinic, the scan was done by a guy — a true professional. Everything was explained to me, everything was shown, it was quiet, clean and cosy, it smelled of cleanliness. They took a panoramic scan, although I thought a periapical one for 1 tooth would be enough. The scan was printed on A4 and put in an envelope.

I booked a 3D scan in advance, and afterwards I was supposed to have an appointment with a dentist at another clinic.
Disliked
When I arrived, my booking had not been recorded, and I had to sit and wait in the queue. I don't understand why keep a booking at all if you still have to wait and let other people down, for example my dentist, in terms of time. Very unpleasant!

From the dental practice I was given a referral for a panoramic X-ray for braces on teeth. At the centre they said it costs 3500, I called, and the price was confirmed. I sent my child alone.
Disliked
At the centre the staff started pushing a different price — 6000, saying the X-ray for braces is more expensive, some kind of T one. They also treated us with a certain kind of psychopathy because we didn't want to pay extra. These would-be businessmen only cause disgust. I don't recommend them.

Today at 13.00 I had a panoramic X-ray done. The specialist who worked with me was very polite and qualified. I didn't ask his name, but he performed all the work simply amazingly — from the greeting to the handing over of the finished X-ray.

I had an appointment on Saturday the 31st. The clinic sees patients both at weekends and on weekdays until 8, they did an X-ray for me, and the result was ready straight away.

The appointment went perfectly. I had a 3D CT of the paranasal sinuses — everything was done quickly and with high quality, and during the examination inflammation in the sinuses was found.
