I take my child to this centre, as do many of my acquaintances, who also take their children there and say that it is one of the best in Almaty.

My child and I go to this centre for classes, and overall I am very happy. But today I encountered an unpleasant situation: I stepped over the threshold without shoe covers, just to ask at the reception, and the methodologist shouted at me — unfortunately, I did not remember her name, I only remember that it was Zhanarbekovna.

I was outraged by such an attitude towards parents: if the methodologist treats us so rudely, then how does she treat the children? At the same time, she herself was talking loudly on the phone so the whole centre could hear.
