I liked everything: the doctors there are competent, the staff are responsive, and the girls at reception are very polite. Overall I was very pleased with everything, I rate it 10 out of 10.

I have been receiving care at Umut clinic since 2020. I have been married for 4-5 years, but we could not have a child. In January-February 2021 I took all the tests that the gynaecologist Saule Tursyngalievna told me to take, and for 3-4 months I took the medicines and vitamins she prescribed (I bought them all at the pharmacy). Now I am pregnant, we are waiting for the day of the birth.

The clinic is very good. Both the staff there and the nurses have a good attitude towards people. I achieved having a child, first by the will of Allah, and second thanks to the gynaecologist Saule Tursyngalievna. I also give many thanks to the endocrinologist Meserbanu Perakhmetovna, to the lady who does the ultrasound, I do not know her name! May there be more such good people!

The medical centre is terrible: the staff and doctors are ill-mannered, rude, with no culture. The doctor shouted at me because I came after lunch and she had not had her lunch yet. The attitude is terrible, especially at such prices.

I go to this centre myself and bring my children here too. The appointment went well: the paediatrician here is very experienced, and the ultrasound specialist knows their job better than some doctors. When I call, they always answer politely and clearly.

I went to this clinic and regretted it very much. I had to sit in the queue for 3 hours, and the consultation cost 5,000 tenge.

I am disappointed: the doctors have no experience, they cannot give a specific consultation, the staff are very rude. The paediatrician Ogai Darya sees her acquaintances without queuing, while ordinary people who have paid 5,000 tenge for the consultation sit and wait for 2-3 hours. I do not regret and will not regret contacting the Ministry of Health.
