I came to the pharmacy and to the treatment room, and there was a queue of people without masks and without distancing.

The older pharmacist is rude, knows nothing of professional ethics, and only gives receipts on request. In the treatment room, the couch is not disinfected after a patient, and people are let in in a crowd without masks and without distancing. In the pharmacy the prices are inflated, the treatment room is expensive: on Turgut Ozal — Tole bi they charge 400 tenge for a drip, while these charge 700 tenge — probably because there is a flood of patients next to the polyclinic.

I went to the pharmacy, arrived after 21:00, around 22:04, so I was 4 minutes late, and I wanted them to serve me.

I noticed that on 3-4 March very beautiful reviews appeared here — it looks like someone is inflating positive reviews and ratings, buying them. The pharmacy is terrible: prices are very high, Metrogyl gel for the face costs 2,800 tenge, although in the neighbouring pharmacy it is 1,295 tenge. The staff are rude: I came up at 22:04, I was only 4 minutes late, and they sat there, saw everything, but did not come over. Are they deaf? Can't they hear? They talk to customers rudely! Management, please pay attention to this at last! With our own money we have to beg them to open, beg them to accept payment! I wouldn't even give one star! The Kaspi terminal there is pointless, after 21:00 you can neither top up nor withdraw money! Put a Kaspi in the Aibek shop, they work around the clock. In Aibek they don't install another terminal only because of this terminal, since it is not allowed by Kaspi Bank rules!
