I came to the clinic to have braces fitted. Right after fitting, the end of the archwire was not cut, and I had to go back home because the wire was sticking out and it hurt; only after that was the end cut. The same day I asked whether it was normal that the upper teeth were pressing and touching the lower braces when chewing, and I was told that it was normal. A week and a half later the braces came off, I wrote to the clinic, and the whole team had gone on holiday. To my question about what I should do now, they replied that I had to wait, as there was no one to see me. A couple of days later the wire came out and started scratching my gums and lip, and I could not wait any longer. I went to another dentist, where everything was done perfectly.

Terrible clinic, don't fall for the promotions! The work is poor quality. After fitting the braces, the edge of the archwire wasn't cut, I had to come back from home because the wire was sticking out and it hurt, and only then was the edge cut. I went to this clinic to treat pulpitis, and chose it after reading reviews. But after the treatment I had to go to another dentist.
Disliked
The doctor and the staff turned out to be incompetent and rude. The treatment of pulpitis did not help, and I had to go to another dentist. I do not recommend this clinic. It seems that the reviews I read before the visit were written by the clinic's own employees.

I came to this dental clinic because the dentist Urgenishbayeva Zhanara Ramazankyzy works here. Later I got to know Nazerke Kuanbay. I consulted them to have braces fitted.

Urgenishbayeva Zhanara Ramazankyzy is an amazing doctor, a wonderful professional. Every patient here is treated warmly and with respect. Nazerke Kuanbay is also an excellent specialist. In this clinic they are always polite and friendly. Now my teeth are almost straight, in a month the braces will be removed, and such a result in just 3 months.
