Our whole family has been treated at this clinic for 8 years already, before it was in another building, across the river. There's an inpatient department on the second floor.

The neuropathologist, urologist, endocrinologist and therapist Emenova U are very good specialists. Both the technical staff and the junior medical staff, the nurses, are top-notch. The inpatient department is very good. The work at the clinic is organised as it should be.

We came to a private clinic without checking the reviews beforehand. There turned out to be a lot of people, there's a queue for the ultrasound. Now we're waiting together with my dad, who is disabled, in the live queue.

The appointment was with the therapist of the second district, Zhamila Balgabayevna, at my place of residence — I went after Dubai because of kidney pain (pyelonephritis). I was admitted to the day hospital, the same day I was referred for tests, ultrasound and chest X-ray, and the results came back within one day. I was prescribed treatment, the appointment, examination and medicines — all absolutely free.

I want to express huge gratitude to the medical centre. I especially thank the nurse Karshyga for her prompt involvement in my recovery and the day hospital nurse Gulnur.

I came for an appointment, the doctor examined me and wrote out a prescription. I tried to find out what exactly I had been charged 15000 for, and she replied that it was for the prescription and recommendations.
Disliked
This is not a hospital, it's money pumping. For just an examination and a prescription they charged me 15000. In Almaty the prices in hospitals are lower than here. I don't advise it to anyone.

I happened to visit this hospital, and I went into room 22 to see the neuropathologist.

The hospital is terrible. I don't advise going to the neuropathologist in room 22: he considers himself a god-given specialist, there's no respect for people. I don't advise this hospital at all.
