I came for the appointment and immediately said that my knee joint needed to be checked: I had previously had a cyst drained, and I wanted to make sure it had not come back. The doctor examined me and said everything was fine. I reminded her about the cyst, showed the previous ultrasound and asked her to check again whether there was any formation.
Disliked
The doctor, in my opinion, did not listen to me attentively: she asked the same thing several times, and at first she examined me quite superficially. Only when I insisted and showed the ultrasound did she look more carefully and then acknowledged that there was a cyst. I was left with the feeling that at first I was treated inattentively and my words were ignored. I would rate the appointment six out of ten.

The appointment with the doctor went well, I would give it 9 out of 10. I had to wait a long time — about an hour. The neurologist referred me for a paediatric brain ultrasound, but at the reception desk I was told that they do not provide such a service, although in fact they do. I had to look for information myself and check with the doctor, who confirmed that the ultrasound is performed. So it turns out the reception staff simply were not aware.

The wait dragged on for about an hour. I have questions about the work of the call centre and the clinic's administrators: at the reception desk they said they do not perform paediatric brain ultrasound, although that is not true. Because of this I had to look for information myself and check with the doctor, who confirmed that the ultrasound is performed. It caused unnecessary confusion and inconvenience.
