Since my 11-month-old baby could not urinate, I did not give up my turn, because my baby was crying and restless. A woman who came after me argued with me, saying she had booked yesterday, and insisted on going in. That woman went to the management and complained about the doctor, the management called the doctor. Then that woman went in without a queue. The doctor told me that the management had said so, and saw that woman instead of the little 11-month-old baby.
