I was told to have a blood test and a CT scan, because my foot was bothering me.
For two procedures we had to pay about 50 thousand tenge — for us pensioners, that is too expensive. Because of this, we refused further treatment.

I very much regretted that I went to this particular Emirmed department on Ryskulova. I booked an appointment for 7.00 in the morning, but the doctor was not there. Some nurse, assistant or student, without introducing herself, led me into the office, gave me a tube and told me to breathe for 6 minutes. After 6 minutes she gave me a solution to drink and said that I needed to breathe into the tube for another 6 minutes after the solution, but the machine was switched off. After my remark she remembered that such a serious test for Helicobacter should be done with the machine switched on, apologised and asked me to give my surname. I showed my identity card so that she would write it correctly, and asked where the doctor was and why he was not doing this test, as stated on the website. She replied that she always does it herself. In the conclusion she wrote that the test was negative, and wrote my surname with 3 mistakes, after which I left. After 2.5 hours the doctor called, said that his nurses do not get enough sleep, and that I needed to come back tomorrow. It turned out that my test was positive, and the nurse had mixed up the test results.
The aftertaste still remains: we pay considerable money, and this clinic writes fake reports. I would not recommend anyone to go to this particular department where Domillion is. How can such a huge medical centre keep incompetent nurses and doctors? The management of Emirmed needs to take measures regarding the staff's attitude to patients.

I came to the clinic with a stomach problem, had an oesophagogastroduodenoscopy, and the results clearly showed that there is a problem. But instead, for some reason I was told to have hormone tests and a thyroid ultrasound. After three appointments they concluded that it was self-suggestion, even though I had severe shortness of breath, hoarseness of voice, pain in the stomach area and a heart rate of 100. Now I am being treated in another clinic, and the result is positive.
I really did not want to write a negative review, but I feel sorry for the money I spent in this clinic. The doctors saw what condition I was in, but still prescribed hormones and a thyroid ultrasound, and after three appointments they said it was self-suggestion. How can one write a positive review after that? This review is not only for this doctor, but for those I saw over the last three months.
