I am a pensioner, and my daughter helped me write this review. I was treated for knee pain, it was hard for me to climb stairs, ointments did not help. I had never been treated with exercises before and did not know that a knee could be cured without medicines. The traumatologist always prescribed me only medicines and injections. At the rekineetik centre they helped me walk confidently and without pain. I went exactly 12 times, did everything that the doctor Aigerim Sabitovna and the trainer Yernat told me. At home I started doing exercises and walking more outside. I learned to walk correctly so that there was no strain on my back and joints. It turns out that we all do this incorrectly, but here they taught me and showed me.

I want to thank rehabilitation doctor Aigerim Sabitovna. She is responsible, conscientious and responsive, she explains everything in accessible language — I have never met such a doctor before. I also thank Yernat, with whom I had sessions: he will explain everything, show you, he is attentive. Those who think that time and money spent on a doctor's appointment are wasted are very much mistaken.
