We booked an appointment with the doctor for 9:30 in the evening and came with an infant in our arms. When we arrived, it was 9:13 in the evening, but we were not seen, as they said it was already 10 o'clock. I do not know which doctor it was.

We were not seen, even though we had booked for 9:30 and were there with an infant in our arms. They said it was already 10 o'clock, although it was only 9:13 in the evening. It seems that the fact we had an infant with us does not count as an argument.
