I booked through doc kz for an hour, came to the appointment, and there turned out to be a crowd of people and a live queue.
I did not like the doctor — rude and spiteful, he did not want to see me. I think the money was thrown to the wind. And it is unclear why there is a booking at all, if there is a live queue anyway.
I am currently continuing the treatment.
