I do not care that he is a candidate of sciences, one needs to be able to communicate with people. Sometimes a rural doctor is far more professional than these candidates. In a word — a rip-off. It is just business and, most likely, a good one. It is clear that there is a calculation here. My rating is 2. Give me my money back! I will follow up!
