We came for the appointment, went into the office and immediately left. There was essentially no appointment, because my son became unwell, and we were told to go to the infectious diseases hospital.
Disliked
When I asked for a refund, I was told that since we had gone into the office, the appointment was considered to have taken place and the money would not be returned. I was given no recommendations. In the end, the money was wasted, and the appointment was not cheap. I cannot give an assessment of her as a specialist.

We came for an appointment with the doctor and waited about 5 minutes for him.
Disliked
We did not like the doctor: she did not prescribe any examinations or tests, and immediately concluded that the child urgently needed antibiotics. In our situation, we should have first had an ultrasound or tests done, and only then had a diagnosis made and treatment prescribed.

For many years I went to various doctors, and instead of clarity I was prescribed a pile of tests that possibly were not even needed. Only Abdurakhimova Saule Amirkulovna was able to truly help me: she showed me the MRI scan, explained what the problem was, and told me in simple, human words what was happening with me.
