At the appointment they immediately identified what the problem was. They recommended insoles to me and made them right there. A month has passed, and it seems to have got a bit better. But the doctor warned me straight away that a minimum of 3 months is needed. I wear the insoles when I go to the mountains, though so far only on easy routes.

Disliked
When I started using the insoles, I developed pain in my lower back and hip joints. To adjust the insoles, I have to book an appointment again and pay 15,500. The insoles are not cheap at all, and I believe that the adjustment should not cost that much. In other centres this service costs 5,000 tenge.
