I booked through the call centre for 13:00, came to the medical centre, and there was a walk-in queue, and I had to sit and wait for more than 1 hour.

I have no complaints about the doctor — the doctor is a very competent specialist, a professional in their field, explained and showed everything clearly, I have no words.
Disliked
The queue in the corridor was frustrating: the appointment was booked through the call centre for 13:00, but I had to wait in a walk-in queue for more than 1 hour. The medical centre needs to fix this.
