We booked an appointment with dermatologist Shakirova ASh. We arrived on time, and we were told that the doctor had gone to a meeting and would be free in about half an hour. I had to sit in the corridor for 30 minutes with my infant. After I complained, we were switched to Doctor Abilkassimova, but we still had to wait 30 minutes in the queue for her, because it's a walk-in queue there.
The clinic is absolutely rubbish. I didn't like the doctor either: I had the feeling that she was burnt out and didn't want to get into anything. She answers questions evasively and listlessly, doesn't really explain anything and goes on about her own thing. I haven't been this angry in a long time. Just awful. I wouldn't recommend the clinic or the doctor to anyone for anything.
