Patient story
I had the misfortune of encountering the most terrible doctor one could possibly get. Along with her works an equally terrible nurse, whose surname, unfortunately, I do not know. After the ambulance we brought in a child with severe pain, he could barely walk from the pain, but they refused to admit us and said they would only see us by appointment.
Disliked
The nurse apparently imagined herself to be the Lord God. Parents who come for medicine for their children said that they have to queue for 2 hours for a referral for free medicine, and God forbid you make a remark to them — they can leave you without medicine. The city health department and the prosecutor's office will find out about such treatment by the doctor and the nurse.
