Today I came to see her for an appointment for the second time to close the certificate. At the first visit she said that everything was free and I would simply collect the certificate. I went to the cash desk, said that I was closing the certificate, and then the girl at the cash desk said that I had been at her appointment and had to pay 3 thousand. It turns out the certificate should be issued free of charge, and she simply charged for the appointment.
