I came to the appointment, I wanted to speak in my native language, but from the doctor's response I realised that I would have to communicate in a foreign language, fortunately I speak it perfectly. I am currently undergoing various procedures: CT, X-ray, ultrasound of the kidney and urinary tract. After the diagnosis is made and a treatment plan is drawn up, I will leave an additional review.

The doctor does not know the state language. They persistently refer you to their own branches, I noticed signs that they want more profit by prescribing all sorts of necessary and unnecessary procedures. It is too early to judge professionalism.

We booked through Dok kz to a paediatric urologist, came to the appointment as booked, and he stated that he does not see children.
Disliked
In the end we paid, but there was no examination, and the money was not refunded to us. Therefore I do not recommend this clinic.

I was prescribed a bunch of tests, and the cashier calculated 150,000 tenge for them. The doctor didn't examine me and didn't ask any questions.
Disliked
The doctor answers my questions rudely, as if he were seeing me for free. It feels as if the management told him to prescribe only very expensive tests and to have them done only at their place.
