I arrived for my appointment 5 minutes late, and I was told that the doctor had already left. I was rescheduled for the next day, but when I came, the doctor was busy. After 40 minutes I knocked to ask, and she replied that this was her last patient and she would not take anyone else. I was in shock, said that I had an appointment and would not just leave. The doctor stated that the reception had booked me incorrectly and she had no opportunity to see me. In the end, through tears and persistence in the head doctor's office, I got an appointment with this specialist.

I did not expect that at an appointment with a psychiatrist I would encounter judgement of my difficult life situations and the doctor's personal opinion. Because of this approach to the patient, I have no confidence left in the professionalism and competence of this 'specialist', and the treatment prescribed afterwards raised great doubts. On top of that, the doctor was 15 minutes late. I will not go to her again and I do not advise you to.
