I went to Gulnara Zharaskhanovna to have a mole removed. She spoke with me kindly and gave me advice. During the mole removal there was no pain at all, we were chatting and I didn't even notice how she removed it.

The appointment went excellently. I came for the first time, but it felt as if we had known each other for a long time. Gulnar Zharaskhanovna examined me very carefully, commented on her every action, explained everything at the appointment clearly and in detail. I also came for papilloma removal (it is better to book right after your period), and after the procedure Gulnar Zharaskhanovna herself contacted me during the first few days and asked in detail about how I was feeling.

The appointment with this doctor left me with a heavy impression. The doctor addressed me informally, asked whether my husband had been away for a month. For an additional fee she performed barbaric manipulations, for example vaginal sanitation, and mixed medications without notifying me. She performed palpation and the examination roughly. Morally and physically, after the appointment I had the feeling as if I had been raped. In addition, the doctor identified a supposedly huge number of condylomas and persistently offered her services for their removal. At the same time, two other doctors found not a single condyloma and gave a clear explanation of the situation.

Gulnar Zharaskhanovna is a very attentive specialist, she has a pleasant voice that puts you at ease. She did everything very gently. At most it hurt a little when the anaesthetic was administered, but that is most likely due to my increased sensitivity. Thank you for the appointment.
