When you book for 11:00, you should bear in mind that there is a live queue there. A huge minus is the prices for tests and for MRI. Especially for MRI: they said a 50% discount, but at the reception my eyes popped at their prices. An MRI costs 70,000 tenge, with a 50% discount — 35,000 tenge. In other centres it is much cheaper. And the prices for tests are outrageous. A person with an average income will come and definitely leave, especially if their income is the minimum wage. So people, once they come, don't come back. You need to review the pricing policy of your centre.

The appointment with the doctor took place, we left about 500-something thousand at the clinic for the service, but at the reception we had to wait a very long time with my daughter who has epilepsy — three hours, while they sorted out their own mistakes, because of them we even ended up at the police station.

Choosing this clinic was a big mistake, even though we left 500-something thousand there for the service. I really hope they fix the registration error, otherwise it is a shame to have wasted money and nerves for nothing.
