I booked an appointment for 16:30 and arrived at that time. The doctor refused to see me and asked me to go to another doctor, because at 16:00 she still had 3 patients, and not just appointments but also acupuncture. I would have had to wait more than 2 hours for my appointment. We paid for the appointment in advance at the till. I never received a consultation from this doctor and went to another specialist in the same clinic.

Because at 16:00 she still had 3 patients and acupuncture, the wait would have dragged on for more than 2 hours. We paid for the appointment in advance, but I did not receive the consultation itself from this doctor and went to another specialist in the same clinic.
