We came for an appointment on 24.05.2026 with toothache that radiated to the ear and head. A panoramic X-ray was taken, and it turned out that we have a congenital defect — there are no 2 teeth in the lower row, which is why implantation will be needed to prevent malocclusion and tooth displacement.
I really liked the doctor: competent, delicate, with a sense of humour. He explained and showed everything clearly, treated, extracted and gave recommendations. My son didn't even feel it when his tooth was extracted.

The second doctor first stated that he would not take on such a complex case as mine (I was having a removal), but then he did offer to remove it. The price was also unclear: they write from 8,000 and above, they do not give a specific sum, and in the end they say 50,000. A private clinic near my home charges 25,000, but there appointments start at one o'clock, and I needed it sooner.
In short, it was awful! I wouldn't recommend it to anyone: no professionalism, nothing. And they charge twice as much.

There was no doctor at the appointment, but another girl instead. When I asked about a suspected growing tooth, she said it was most likely stomatitis. At reception, when asked why it was a different doctor, they replied that the doctor was in surgery. It says the wait is 5 minutes, but in the end 20 minutes passed, we did not wait for the doctor and went to another dental clinic, where they confirmed the growing tooth.
