The appointment was quick, and an X-ray was taken.

I did not like that we were offered general anaesthesia for the child. At this clinic, all children are offered sedation in the form of general anaesthesia, and that is not a good thing — in some cases it can be done without it altogether. We will go to another clinic where slightly different methods are used.

We sought help urgently, and it was the only clinic that was accepting on the 31st on a walk-in basis. I knew nothing about the doctor. The appointment was conducted by Avdalim Olegovich.

Avdalim Olegovich turned out to be a master of his craft. First he explained what had happened to the tooth, and he spoke clearly both to me and to the child: he told everything simply, starting with the structure of the tooth and ending with how he planned the treatment and how many minutes it would take. During the procedure he was attentive, sensitive and gentle, which is especially important, because he was working with a child, and he tried as much as possible to distract him. A separate thank you for that. And his skill deserves special mention. He did everything with high quality, wrote out the treatment regimen, left his number, prescribed the necessary medications, printed everything out, indicated which anaesthetics he had used, what he had done, and put a stamp. Although a queue had already gathered in the corridor and I still had a heap of questions, he sat with me and explained everything in detail. He is a kind-hearted, positive, decent person — it shows in everything. Healing is his calling. Only people of such a character are capable of truly treating a patient. Health to your hands, Doctor Avdalim Olegovich.
