I booked an appointment with one doctor, but another one saw me. There was no photo of the doctor I booked with on the website, so when I came in I was sure it was that very specialist. I came with a sick child, and I had no time to look closely. At home, on the prescription for medicines, I saw the full name of a different doctor.
Disliked
I was confused that it was not the doctor I booked with who saw me, and there is no photo of him on the website so it could be checked. Also, they charged 1 thousand tenge more for the appointment.
