I came for an appointment and said that I had foul-smelling pus. Nurbulat Sheralievich suggested that the cause might be in my teeth. He referred me for a 3D scan and told me to come back to him. On the scan he showed that the right sinus was filled with fluid and pus. The doctor performed a puncture and prescribed treatment.

I booked an appointment with the ENT specialist for 10:00 via Doq.kz, arrived on time, but the doctor was seeing other patients at that time and had stepped out. When he returned, he started saying that I had no appointment, because payment had not been made at the reception desk. I had booked online, and no one had warned me that I needed to pay in advance.

Instead of help, while I was in severe pain and could not speak properly, I got an argument, disrespectful treatment and a complete lack of customer focus. I consider the doctor's behaviour and the way the work is organised unacceptable.
