The appointment went like this: the doctor briefly took the history and immediately proceeded to ear irrigation, infrared heat and placing a tampon with medication.
They did not pay particular attention to my problem, did not explain why this procedure was needed, and did not warn about the additional payment — I found out about the cost afterwards, at the MC cash desk. They also pushed a follow-up appointment. I believe the doctor must inform in advance about all manipulations and the extra charge and start only after consent. Of course, I did not go for a follow-up appointment with this specialist.

Then I went down to reception and asked them to find the doctor. After 15 minutes, reception woke him up and said he would come now. I asked: “is he asleep?” — I was told no, although that was a lie. He came out of office 204. I said that I was booked for 6:30 and asked why he was not at his post. He started to get indignant that he was here. I asked: “were you asleep? Why take a schedule for 6 and 6:30 in the morning then?” — he did not even apologise, became nervous and replied: “I am a human being too.”
I did not like that the doctor was not at his post at the appointed time, that he had to be looked for through reception, and that he was woken up. He did not apologise, he started to be indignant and nervous, and replied 'I am a human being too'. I believe that given his profession as a doctor and the Hippocratic oath, this should not affect patients. We are all human, but he could have shown tact and apologised, because people came to him as a specialist for help. And he even bulged his eyes and argues like a woman. I ask that a talk be held personally with him, as well as with the other doctors, since people turn for help, and doctors are obliged to provide it with quality and without unnecessary character traits in the workplace.
We have been going to this ENT doctor for the second year already and are not planning to change him.
Nurbolat Sheralievich is an ENT doctor from God! He makes correct diagnoses, knows how to communicate with children and gives good recommendations.
