I booked an appointment with this doctor on the advice of a friend who had been treated for an endometrioid cyst for a whole 5 years. As it turned out, she had a precancerous condition. I didn't think for long and immediately booked an appointment.

The doctor is clearly very knowledgeable. For my problem she outlined treatment plans, explained which tests needed to be done, and didn't prescribe anything unnecessary.

I came for the first appointment and paid 8,000 tenge. The doctor examined me on the gynaecological chair for less than a minute, took a smear only at my initiative, and that was the end of the examination. At the same appointment, the doctor prescribed a number of tests, and I had them done straight away. The doctor said that when the tests were ready, she would give me a prescription. When the results were ready, I came to show them, but the doctor stated that she would not prescribe anything without payment for a follow-up appointment, although she had not warned me about this at the first appointment.

The doctor is incompetent in her field. I had a load of tests done, but in the end I never received any treatment plan. The doctor told me to get suppositories at my own discretion — and that was where her treatment ended, even though the test results were not good. She was unable to prescribe any treatment. You have to drag everything out of the doctor, she cannot string three words together herself. At the first appointment she did not warn me that showing the test results would have to be paid for as a follow-up appointment. When I refused to pay for the follow-up appointment, she told me to get ANY suppositories from the pharmacy — no specific name, nothing. I asked what exactly I should get, but the doctor could not remember the name of a single medication. If you want to throw money down the drain and end up with an incompetent doctor, then this is definitely the place, with this 'doctor'.
