I happened to have an appointment with the surgeon Almautayeva Ulana, and the impression left was extremely unpleasant.
Disliked
Almautayeva Ulana seemed to me arrogant and rude, as if she had been brought in from the bazaar. I remember Bolat Asylkhanovich — may he rest in peace — and compared to him this is like heaven and earth. I would like to say to Almautayeva: come down to earth.
