The first time I came to this clinic was to look around — I was looking for a place where I would manage my pregnancy and give birth. I chose it based on its rating and reviews. Then I needed to be admitted to hospital to preserve my pregnancy, and I came here again, and was seen by Almurzaeva Kunkiyash Kaupbaevna, and I was hospitalised.

I can confidently recommend this clinic. At reception the girls pleasantly surprised me: they told me everything in detail, showed me around the clinic, and themselves suggested meeting the doctors of the women's consultation. I was very pleased with the consultation with Almurzaeva Kunkiyash Kaupbaevna, everything went quickly, clearly and smoothly. In the department everyone — from the head Mariya Shazhabekovna to the nurses' aides — was friendly, attentive and worked professionally, I am very grateful to them. The ward has good conditions, everything necessary is there, the food is decent, it is clean and cosy.

I came for an appointment booked for 10, but I had to wait half an hour in the corridor, and no one even asked me to wait. In the end I left, taking my money back from the cash desk.
Disliked
I was left with a terrible impression! Firstly, neither she nor her assistant examined me. Secondly, I could barely open her door, they opened it with difficulty, even though I had an appointment. I came at 10, waited half an hour in the corridor, and they didn't even ask me to wait. I left and took my money back from the cash desk.
