I really liked the appointment with this doctor. The doctor introduced herself, gave me a consent form for the examination to fill in and to indicate what I am allergic to. During the examination with the endoscope and the unpleasant throat rinsing, she spoke very calmly and reassured me. The nurse also worked in a coordinated way. Treatment was prescribed, we will see the results.

I recommend the doctor.

As for the remarks — the reception could be improved: the administrator did not show much initiative or friendliness, and the appointment was delayed by 15 minutes. I will not lower the rating for the doctor because of this.

The appointment took place with the ENT doctor Asel Altynbekovna. I was prescribed treatment, and it turned out to be very well chosen, and it was done without antibiotics, but it still helped.

I was at an appointment with this doctor. The doctor examined my ears, throat and nose, studied the MRI and gave a consultation on my problem. Since no external abnormalities were visible, I was recommended to undergo additional examinations and consult an otoneurologist. The doctor also explained everything and showed on the device the condition of the eardrum, the opening and other points that were unclear to me.
